E-signature · from the makers of CARMAI™

E-signature that reads the document first.

Most platforms move a file from one inbox to another. They rarely look inside it. CARMAgree™ screens what you're about to send — hidden text, tracked changes left behind, metadata you didn't mean to ship — then signs it, seals it, and keeps the evidence. Because the hard questions about a signature tend to arrive later, in a dispute.

No card. One tier — everything included. 300 envelopes per seat, per year.

The Integrity Screen

A signature is only as good as the file underneath it. Before an envelope goes out, CARMAgree™ runs a forensic pass over the document and shows you what it found — so the copy your counterparty signs is the copy you think you sent.

  • Hidden text. White-on-white runs, zero-point type, and content tucked outside the visible layout.
  • Leftover tracked changes. Revisions and comments that survived the last save.
  • Document metadata. Authors, timestamps and revision history riding along inside the file.
  • Embedded instructions. Text placed to steer an AI reader rather than a human one.

Illustrative. You decide what to do with each finding — CARMAgree™ reports, you rule.

One tier. Everything in it.

No feature ladder, no per-envelope surprises, no negotiating for the thing you assumed was included.

✍️

Signing that fits real documents

Signature, initials, date and company fields anchored to the blocks already in your agreement — side-by-side and stacked layouts alike.

🧾

An audit trail built to be read later

Views, actions and sends — each timestamped in UTC and attached to the executed copy, not stored in a separate system you'd have to go find.

🔐

Sealed executed copy

The final PDF carries the signatures, the certificate and the trail together, so the record travels as one document.

👥

Your whole team, per seat

Whoever signs up is the admin. Invite the rest, set roles, and manage the roster without a call.

📬

Reminders that do the chasing

Automatic nudges to signers who haven't acted, so following up isn't a calendar entry you keep moving.

🧭

Sequential or parallel routing

Send to everyone at once, or step through an order — with each signer's link minted only when their turn arrives.

What you won't find on the invoice

  • No per-envelope overage. The allowance is generous on purpose; if you approach it, we'd rather talk than bill you by surprise.
  • No premium tier for the useful parts. The Integrity Screen and the audit trail are the point, not an upsell.
  • No seat minimum. Start with one.
  • No card to try it. Fourteen days, the whole thing.

The signature is the easy part. The record is what gets tested.

When an agreement is questioned — in a renewal fight, in discovery, in front of an auditor — the argument usually turns on what can be shown, not what was intended. CARMAgree™ keeps that record from the moment the file is screened to the moment it's sealed.

Questions

Is CARMAgree™ a contract lifecycle system?

No. CARMAgree™ is e-signature. It screens the document, routes it, signs it and keeps the evidence. If you also want obligations, owners, deadlines and post-signature governance, that's what CARMAI™ is for — and the two work together.

What happens at the end of the trial?

Fourteen days, no card. When it ends, envelopes already executed stay yours to download. Add a card whenever you're ready and the account continues where it left off.

What counts as an envelope?

One document sent for signature, however many signers are on it. Reminders, views and the executed copy don't count again.

Do our counterparties need an account?

No. A signer receives a link, opens the document, and signs. Nothing to install, nothing to register.

What does the Integrity Screen do about something it finds?

It reports. You decide. CARMAgree™ surfaces what's in the file and records the call you made — it doesn't quietly alter your document.

We're a larger team with procurement.

Ten seats or more, or a security review to get through — write to us and we'll work it with you rather than route you through a form.
